INMOBILIARIA NÚÑEZ is one of the leading Real Estate Agencies on the Costa Blanca. Your accommodation is contracted directly with the property, or otherwise, with us on behalf of the property.


BOOKINGS

  1. The payment of 30% secures your stay and you will receive a confirmation receipt.
    *** This amount will not be refunded in any case.
    *** If the chosen accommodation is booked during the booking process, the amount would be refunded to the client in his account number.
  2. The balance amount, breakage deposit and extra services would be paid 28 days before the start of the stay. Then the customer will receive the terms and conditions of stay in the property, which will be resent with your signature.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Bank Transfer.
  2. Credit card (card payments would take a charge of 3%).
  3. Cash.

 

GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES

The accommodation must be left in the initial conditions. Remember that the guests are responsible for the property during the stay, and is required to report and cover any damage caused to the property.

 

BONDS

  • Apartments min. 250.00 €
  • Townhouses min. 350.00 €
  • Villas min. 500.00 €
    *** Guests must provide a credit card at the entrance of accommodation ***

Any defect or damage caused during the stay would be notified to customers as soon as possible. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded to the guests within 2 weeks after the end of the stay.


A list of inventory will be attached to the contract upon entry to the housing accommodation. Please inform us of any problems encountered in the housing for this to be resolved as soon as possible.


INMOBILIARIA NÚÑEZ accepts no responsibility for valuables that customers left in the apartments.

 

CHECK IN

The guests must inform in advance of their arrival time.


The check in to the accommodations will be made from 17.00 on the day of entry; in order to condition the accommodation for your stay.


Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 20:30 pm and on Saturdays between 10:30 am and 13:00 pm. Guests expecting to arrive outside office hours or on a festive day must first inform in advance (tel. +34 628 523 760), to receive instructions for key collection.


In case that the customer arrives outside our office hours or require our services for your accommodation, please consult our service "welcome and accommodation".

 

CHECK OUT

The departure and return of keys will be in our offices, at most, at 10.00 am on departure day.


The accommodation must be returned in the same condition of cleanliness, order and within a normal level of use and decorum (including appliances, patio / garden and barbecue). Otherwise, it would incur additional cleaning charges would be deducted from the deposit.

If the guests plan to leave early, before the time of opening of the office,
they must pass the previous day for instructions.


SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION

 


  • The price includes cleaning the property to the entrance.
  • The price includes the supply of bed linen and bath at the entrance to each accommodation guests (respecting the customer max per property).


HOUSE RULES AT THE APARTMENTS

Living standards and use are regulated by the general law and Spanish specifically in the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, Decreto de apartamentos turísticos del Gobierno Valenciano y los Estatutos particulares de la Comunidad de Propietarios de cada edificio.


No accommodations can be occupied by more people than the capacity indicated and signed the lease.


It must respect the energy saving doors and windows closed when air conditioning is turned on, and off it, as well as light when customers are outside the housing.


You may not have glass objects in the pool area. Must be met at all times the standards of hygiene in the pool, as well as use schedules respected thereof.


It must respect the basic rules of dress, behavior and civility in public areas of the developments that lie on also must respect the right of others break neighbors. So as not to enter the doorway of the building and lifts with wet feet.


The furniture and household accommodation can not be drawn from it.
In case of parking in the residential community, you can only park on the same vehicle on each property.

INMOBILIARIA NÚÑEZ reserves the right to change your accommodation booking to another with an equivalent standard, in case that unforeseen circumstances were given.
