Cookies and external services

Technical cookies and access to the private area

The private area of Inmobiliaria Núñez uses a first-party session cookie to keep authorised users signed in. This cookie is not used for advertising or to track your browsing on other websites.

• Name: nunez_session
• Owner: Inmobiliaria Núñez.
• Purpose: maintaining the session and protecting access to the private area.
• Duration: browser session; no persistent expiry date is configured.

This cookie is used when you access the private area or when your browser already retains a session for this website. Viewing the public property catalogue does not require signing in. You can delete the cookie through your browser; if you use it to access the private area, you will need to sign in again.

Navigation and forms

Search and language selection work through web addresses and search parameters. Forms include security checks and allow you to send enquiries to the agency. How the information you provide is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Videos and external services

The website offers videos hosted on its own server and may offer YouTube players or links. Local videos are served from this website. Activating an external YouTube player connects your browser to YouTube, and Google may receive technical information and use its own storage mechanisms.

Where a notice asks you to authorise an external player, you can continue without loading it. Closing the player or withdrawing permission through the available controls does not erase information the provider has already received. You can also manage cookies and storage through your browser.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and its information about cookies for details of how that provider processes information.

Links to other services

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks and other websites open their respective services, which have their own policies. Contact links do not in themselves load an external map or player within this page.

Updating this information

This information must be reviewed when the services used by the website change. Introducing analytics, advertising or other optional services requires the corresponding information and controls to be updated before those services are activated.

If you have questions about the use of cookies on this website, contact info@inmonunez.com.

Optional Google Analytics

Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed, contact clicks and enquiries confirmed by our forms. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or sending enquiries. This integration does not enable personalised advertising or Google Signals.

Measurement uses browser identifiers and technical and browsing information. Our integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages from forms. It omits URL query parameters and fragments and limits referrer URLs to their domain. Google also receives technical connection data; this information should not be considered anonymous.

Your acceptance or rejection is stored in this browser for 180 days using local storage (nunez_analytics_consent_v1), without a random identifier. Google Analytics loads only after acceptance and enables the _ga and _ga_KNFSGF9K44 cookies, configured to last 90 days without automatic renewal on every visit. You can change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any public page. Withdrawal stops measurement and attempts to delete these cookies; it does not delete the technical nunez_session cookie.

The controller is INMOBILIARIA RAMIREZ NUÑEZ SL. Consent is the basis for this analytics processing. Google Ireland Limited provides the service, which may involve international processing and transfers under its terms and safeguards. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by Google or affect earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@inmonunez.com. Please also consult Google’s information about data processing.
